Boneka voodoo adalah sebuah boneka yang biasanya dipakai untuk menyematkan jarum.[1] Praktek semacam itu ditemukan dalam berbagai bentuk pada tradisi sihir dari banyak budaya di seluruh dunia.[1]

Disamping namanya, boneka voodoo tak berpengaruh dalam agama diaspora Afrika Vodou Haiti maupun Voodoo Louisiana.[1][2]
