Boten adalah sebuah kota di Laos, Provinsi Luang Namtha. Boten berada di perbatasan Tiongkok–Laos. Kota tersebut berseberangan dengan kota Tiongkok Mohan. Meskipun Boten berada di wilayah Laos, kebanyakan penduduknya memakai Tionghoa Mandarin sebagai bahasa asli mereka.

Kota tersebut direncanakan akan dihubungkan dengan Mohan oleh jalur kereta api lintas perbatasan. Pembangunan terowongan dimulai pada Juni 2016. Pada 2017, terowongan tersebut direncanakan akan dirampungkan pada pertengahan 2019.[1]
