Bremerhaven (dilafalkan bʁeːmɐˈhaːfən; bahasa Sachsen Hilir: Bremerhoben) adalah salah satu dari dua kota otonom (kreisfreie Stadt) di Bremen, Jerman. Kota ini merupakan sebuah eksklave Bremen di muara sungai Weser, dan juga enklave di Niedersachsen. Kota yang berseberangan dengan Nordenham ini memiliki riwayat panjang kota perdagangan dan sekarang kota yang relatif baru ini adalah salah satu pelabuhan penting di Jerman.
