Irjen Pol. (Purn.) Drs. Budi Setyawan (lahir 7 September 1949) adalah purnawirawan perwira tinggi Polri alumni Akabri tahun 1973 dan juga merupakan mantan Direktur Jenderal Bimbingan Masyarakat Budha, Kementerian Agama.[1] Dia juga merupakan salah satu tokoh agama Buddha dan mantan guru agama Buddha di sekolah Silaparamita sebelum menjadi polisi.
Jabatan strategis yang pernah yang pernah diduduki sewaktu menjadi perwira polri adalah menjadi Wakapolda Kaltim dan Kapolda Bali[2] pada 2001 - 2003.
