Buffy the Vampire Slayer adalah film seri televisi dari AS, ditayangkan dari 1997 sampai 2003, diciptakan oleh Joss Whedon, mengisahkan petualangan Buffy Anne Summers (Sarah Michelle Gellar), seorang pembunuh vampire, dan teman-temannya melawan kejahatan. Ia dibantu oleh seorang watcher yang melatihnya.

Setiap minggu seri ini biasanya ditonton oleh 4 sampai 6 juta orang. Selain itu juga ada novel, komik, permainan video, dan spin-off dari seri ini. Konsepnya didasarkan pada film Buffy the Vampire Slayer yang dibintangi oleh Kristy Swanson.

Di Indonesia, film seri ini sempat diputar di SCTV mulai bulan Januari tahun 2000, sayangnya sampai Season 3.
