Bunga biru (bahasa Jerman: Blaue Blume) adalah sebuah simbol inspirasi utama untuk gerakan Romantisisme, dan masih menjadi motif dalam seni rupa Barat pada saat ini.[1] Bunga tersebut mewakili keinginan, cinta dan sifat metafisika dari ketidak terbaatsan dan ketidaktercapaian. Bunga tersebut melambangkan harapan dan keindahan berbagai hal.

Penggunaan awal dari simbol tersebut

Penulis Jerman Novalis memperkenalkan simbol tersebut dalam gerakan Romatis melalui cerita remaja buatannya yang lebih rampung, berjudul Heinrich von Ofterdingen.[2]
