Butnan
Al Butnan merupakan sebuah munisipalitas di Libya dengan memiliki jumlah penduduk sebanyak 116.106 jiwa, dengan ibu kotanya ialah Tubruq (Arab: طبرق).
Di bagian utara, Al Butnan merupakan garis pantai terkecil di Laut Mediterania. Di bagian timur, berbatasan dengan Kegubernuran Matruh, Mesir, dengan perbatasan terkecil Kegubernuran Al Wadi Al Jadid di tenggara. Di domestik, governorat ini berbatasan sebagai berikut:
- Munisipalitas Darnah - paling barat laut
- Al Qubah - barat laut
- Al Wahat - barat
- Al Kufrah - selatan
