Caecobarbus geertsi, African blind barb atau Congo blind barb (dikenal sebagai Nzonzi a mpofo dalam bahasa Kikongo lokal) adalah sebuah spesies ikan cyprinid.[1][3] Spesies ikan gua terancam tersebut diketahui hanya hidup di Republik Demokratik Kongo,[1] dan merupakan satu-satunya anggota dari genus monotipik Caecobarbus.[4] George Albert Boulenger mendeskripsikan ikan tersebut pada tahun 1921.[5]
