Cai Chang (Hanzi: 蔡畅; 14 Mei 1900 – 11 September 1990)[1][2][3] adalah seorang politikus dan aktivis hak wanita asal Tiongkok. Ia merupakan ketua pertama Federasi Wanita Seluruh Tiongkok, sebuah organisasi hak wanita Tiongkok.
