Cape Virgenes (Cabo Virgenes, Cape Virgins) adalah semenanjung yang terletak di ujung Amerika selatan. Ferdinand Magellan mencapai semenanjung ini pada 21 Oktober 1520 dan ia menemukan sebuah terusan, yang sekarang dikenal dengan terusan Magellan. Karena tanggal 21 Oktober adalah hari raya santa Ursula dan sebelas ribu perawan, ia menamakan semenanjung ini untuk menghormati mereka.
Semenanjung ini terletak di Provinsi Santa Cruz, Patagonia, Argentina. Mercu suar "The Cape Virgenes Argentine" telah berfungsi sejak 1904. Pada tahun 1876, di sini ditemukan emas yang bercampur di antara pasir.
