Carl Ferdinand Cori (Praha, 5 Desember 1896 – 20 Oktober 1984) ialah seorang biokimiawan Amerika Serikat yang lahir di daerah kekuasaan Austria-Hungaria, Diangkat sebagai profesor di Universitas Graz (1920-1921), ia pindah ke Amerika Serikat, ditawari kedudukan di State Institute for the Study of Malignant Diseases (sekarang Roswell Park Cancer Institute), Buffalo, New York. Menerima Penghargaan Nobel dalam Fisiologi atau Kedokteran pada tahun 1947 bersama istrinya Gerty Cori untuk karyanya pada metabolisme karbohidrat.
