Carlos Castillo Armas (4 November 1914 – 26 Juli 1957) adalah seorang penguasa otoriter bekingan AS dari Guatemala yang memerintah negara tersebut sepanjang tiga tahun pada pertengahan 1950an. Ia meraih kekuasaan dalam kudeta 1954 yang didukung oleh Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).
