Cecilia Yip Tung (Hanzi: 葉童; lahir 8 Maret 1963) adalah seorang aktris yang berasal dari Hong Kong kariernya itu dikenal di seluruh Asia, terutama di daratan China, Hong Kong dan Taiwan. Dia memulai karier aktingnya pada tahun 1982 di film "Nomad" dan dinominasikan dalam The Best Newcomer of The Year Award. Dia memenangkan Hong Kong Film Award untuk Aktris Terbaik pada tahun 1984. Cecilia Yip telah membintangi 45 film, menerima berbagai nominasi dan penghargaan. Selain film, Yip telah memperluas aktingnya di televisi dan dinominasikan dalam 30 Taiwan Golden Bell sebagai Aktris Terbaik untuk penampilannya dalam serial televisi 1993 "Heavy Sword Versus Dragon Saber".
