Celah intergluteal[a] adalah lekukan di antara bokong yang memanjang dari tepat di bawah sakrum hingga ke perineum, dan di dalamnya terdapat anus.[1] Istilah “celah intergluteal” digunakan karena struktur ini membentuk batas yang tampak antara tonjolan luar membulat dari otot gluteus maximus.

Terdapat beberapa gangguan yang dapat memengaruhi celah intergluteal, termasuk psoriasis inversa,[2][3] sindrom regresi kaudal,[4] serta penyakit pilonidal.
