Celemek makan atau oto adalah pakaian yang dikenakan tergantung dari leher di dada untuk melindungi pakaian dari makanan yang tidak sengaja tumpah atau berceceran. Celemek makan sering digunakan oleh anak kecil, terutama bayi, tetapi juga oleh beberapa orang dewasa. Oto juga dikenakan saat mengonsumsi makanan "berantakan" tertentu. Selain itu, celemek makan digunakan untuk bayi saat banyak berliur, misalnya saat tumbuh gigi. Selain itu, beberapa orang dewasa memakai celemek makan saat mereka makan makanan yang berantakan, seperti spageti tomat atau makanan berkuah.[1]
