Celle (pelafalan dalam bahasa Jerman: [ˈtsɛlə]) adalah sebuah kota yang terletak di provinsi Niedersachsen, Jerman. Kota ini merupakan ibu kota distrik Celle. Celle terletak di tepi sungai Aller dan memiliki jumlah penduduk sebesar 71.000 jiwa. Di kota ini terdapat Istana Celle yang dibangun dengan gaya renaissance dan baroque, serta kota tua (Altstadt) dengan lebih dari 400 rumah berbingkai kayu. Dari tahun 1378 hingga 1705, Celle merupakan kediaman resmi adipati-adipati Braunschweig-Lüneburg (Wangsa Welf) cabang Lüneburg.[2]
