Chalongrat Novsamrong atau First (lahir 9 April 1998) adalah seorang pemeran, penyanyi, dan model Thailand. Pada 2017, ia memulai debutnya dengan film Ruk Tur Hai Noy Long. Pada 2018, dia memulai kariernya dalam industri televisi melalui serial Social Death Vote. Ia merupakan anggota grup vokal laki-laki Thailand Cute Chef Thailand. Ia menempuh pendidikan di Universitas Teknologi Raja Mongkut, Bangkok Utara.[1]
