Charles Henry Dow (/daʊ/; 6 November 1851 - 4 Desember 1902) adalah seorang jurnalis Amerika Serikat[1] yang ikut mendirikan Dow Jones & Company bersama Edward Jones dan Charles Bergstresser.

Dow juga mendirikan The Wall Street Journal,[2][3] yang telah menjadi salah satu publikasi keuangan paling dihormati di dunia. Dia juga menemukan Dow Jones Industrial Average sebagai bagian dari penelitiannya terhadap pergerakan pasar.[4] Dia mengembangkan serangkaian prinsip untuk memahami dan menganalisis perilaku pasar yang kemudian dikenal sebagai teori Dow, yang merupakan dasar dari analisis teknikal.
