Chen Wangdao (Hanzi: 陳望道; Pinyin: Chén Wàngdào; Wade–Giles: Ch'en Wang-tao) (18 Januari 1891 – 12 Oktober 1977) adalah seorang cendekiawan dan pengajar asal Tiongkok. Ia dikenal sebagai orang pertama dan satu-satunya yang menerjemahkan Manifesto Komunis ke dalam bahasa Tionghoa secara lengkap.[1] Ia juga menjabat sebagai presiden Universitas Fudan dari 1949 sampai 1977.
