Chernin Entertainment adalah perusahaan produksi film dan televisi asal Amerika Serikat yang dimiliki oleh The North Road Company dan berbasis di Los Angeles, California. Perusahaan ini didirikan pada 24 Februari 2009 oleh produser sekaligus mantan eksekutif media Peter Chernin, yang menjabat sebagai ketua dan direktur eksekutif perusahaan. Jenno Topping menjabat sebagai presiden divisi film dan televisi, dengan David Ready sebagai wakil presiden eksekutif film dan TV. Kristen Campo menjabat sebagai wakil presiden eksekutif televisi.[1] Sebanyak dua puluh tujuh film telah diproduksi oleh perusahaan ini, sebagian besar bekerja sama dengan 20th Century Fox (kini dikenal sebagai 20th Century Studios).[2]

Chernin Entertainment didirikan oleh Peter Chernin setelah ia mengundurkan diri sebagai presiden perusahaan induk Fox saat itu, News Corporation, pada 2009. Film pertama perusahaan ini adalah Rise of the Planet of the Apes pada 2011.[2] Kesepakatan first-look selama lima tahun untuk film dan televisi ditandatangani dengan 20th Century Fox dan 20th Century Fox Television pada 2009.[3]
