Chiapas (pengucapan bahasa Spanyol: [ˈtʃjapas]) merupakan sebuah negara bagian di Meksiko yang memiliki luas wilayah 73.211 km² dan populasi 4.255.790 jiwa (2005). Ibu kotanya adalah Tuxtla Gutiérrez.
