Clotaire II (atau Chlotar, Clothar, Chlotochar atau Hlothar) disebut yang Muda, lahir pada bulan Mei^[1] 584, meninggal pada tanggal 18 Oktober 629, merupakan seorang raja Neustria dari tahun 584 hingga 613 dan raja Franka dari tahun 613 hingga 629, setelah penaklukan kerajaan Austrasia dan Kerajaan Bourgogne.

Kemenangannya pada tahun 613 atas Ratu Brunehaut mengakhiri masa perang yang panjang antara raja-raja Franka, yang dimulai pada tahun 570, dan dua protagonis adalah orang tua Clotaire, Chilperic I dan Fredegunda.
