CrossCrypt adalah perangkat lunak enkripsi cakram keras untuk sistem operasi Windows XP dan Windows 2000 yang mempunyai Lisensi Publik Umum GNU.
Perangkat lunak yang pertama kali diperkenalkan oleh Stefan Scherrer dan Bo Brantén ini berdasarkan pada algoritme AES (256, 192, 128; SingleKey Mode aes-loop compatible) dan TwoFish (160 Bit Key; SuSE Linux-compatible).
CrossCrypt dapat meng-enkripsi baik file dan citra (image) pada harddisk, maupun file pada CD/DVD.
