Cymothoida adalah nama dari suku bangsa krustasea isopoda dengan sebagian besar merupakan karnivora atau parasit. Suku bangsa ini berisi lebih dari 2.700 jenis dan digolongkan dalam empat keluarga besar. Anggota suku bangsa ini berciri memiliki mulut khusus mereka yang termasuk mandibula dengan proses seperti-gigi yang diadaptasi untuk memotong atau mengiris.[1]
