Czernina (dibaca: [t͡ʂɛrˈɲina], dari czarny "hitam"; terkadang juga czarnina atau czarna polewka - sup hitam) adalah sebuah sup Polandia yang terbuat dari darah bebek dan kaldu unggas jernih. Terkadang disebut sebagai "sup bebek", darah ayam, kelinci atau babi dapat juga dipakai.[2][1]
