Drs. H. Dalmasri Syam, M.M. (7 Agustus 1967 – 24 Desember 2025) adalah Wakil Bupati Bintan periode 2016—2021.[1]
Dalmasri Syam pernah menjabat sebagai Anggota DPRD Provinsi Kepulauan Riau periode 2009—2015.
Dalmasari meninggal dunia pada tanggal 24 Desember 2025 di Padang.[2]
