David Kabua (kelahiran 1951) adalah seorang politikus Kepulauan Marshall yang menjabat sebagai Presiden Kepulauan Marshall sejak 13 Januari 2020. Ia mewakili Atol Wotho dalam Legislatur Kepulauan Marshall sejak 2008 dan sempat menjabat sebagai Menteri Kesehatan dan Urusan Dalam Negeri.
