Dendrerpeton (dari Yunani: δένδρον déndron, 'pohon' dan Yunani: ἑρπετόν herpetón, 'hal yang merayap') adalah sebuah genus amfibi temnospondyl punah.[4] Fosil-fosilnya sebagian besar ditemukan di Formasi Joggins di Kanada timur dan di Irlandia.[5][6] Genus ini hidup selama periode Karbon[7][8] dan diyakini berasal dari 309 hingga 316 juta tahun silam, dari tahap Westphalium.[9] Hewan ini mewakili tahap-tahap awal evolusi amfibi temnospondyl darat.[6] Terdapat beberapa spesies telah diusulkan, yang kini dianggap sebagai satu spesies tunggal, yaitu D. acadianum.[5] Namanya berasal dari "Acadia", yaitu nama lama untuk wilayah Nova Scotia sebagai koloni Prancis, tempat tambang batu bara fosil ini ditemukan.[10]

Bedasarkan pengukuran yang dilaksanakan pada sebuah kerangka yang hampir sepenuhnya terartikulasi (sebagian kecil ekornya hilang di bagian posteriornya), panjang Dendrerpeton adalah sekitar 35 cm. Panjang maksimumnya diperkirakan adalah 1 meter.[11]
