Destination Tokyo adalah sebuah film perang kapal selam Amerika Serikat hitam-putih tahun 1943.[3] Film tersebut disutradarai oleh Delmer Daves dalam debut penyutradaraannya,[4] dan skenarionya ditulis oleh Daves dan Albert Maltz, berdasarkan pada sebuah cerita asli karya matan submarinir Steve Fisher.[5] Film tersebut menampilkan Cary Grant, John Garfield, Dane Clark, Robert Hutton, Warner Anderson, John Ridgely, Alan Hale Sr. dan William Prince.

Destination Tokyo disebut sebagai "kakek dari film-film kapal selam seperti Run Silent, Run Deep (1958), Das Boot (1981), dan U-571 (2000)".[4]
