Devadatta (Sanskerta dan Pali: देवदत्त devadatta; Sinhala: දේවදත්ත; bahasa Burma: ဒေဝဒတ်; bahasa Thai: เทวทัต Thewathat; Lao: ເທວະທັດ; Chinese: 提婆達多; Jepang: 提婆達多 Daibadatta; Vietnam: Đề-Bà-Đạt-Đa) adalah seorang bhikkhu yang merupakan saudara sepupu dari Siddhārtha Gautama, sang Buddha.[1] Dia berasal dari klan Sakya dan Koliya dan merupakan saudara dari Ānanda dan murid dari Sang Buddha. Dalam tradisi teks, Devadatta dikatakan menghasut 500 biksu lainnya untuk meninggalkan Buddha dan membentuk Sangha mereka sendiri.[2]
