Diego de Landa Calderón, O.F.M. (12 November 1524 – 29 April 1579) adalah seorang uskup Spanyol dari Keuskupan Agung Yucatán.[1] Para sejarawan menyebutnya sebagai imam yang kejam dan fanatik yang memimpin kampanye kekerasan melawan pemberhalaan. Selain itu, ia nyaris membakar semua manuskrip Maya (kodeks) yang akan sangat berguna dalam memahami abjad Maya, pengetahuan agama dan peradaban Maya, dan sejarah benua Amerika.
