Dimetikonol (En:Dimethiconol) adalah kelas polimer berbasis silikon yang mirip dengan Polidimetilsiloksan dalam struktur kimianya, kecuali molekul dimetikonol yang diakhiri dengan gugus hidroksil (-OH).

Bahan ini digunakan dalam berbagai macam produk kosmetik dan perawatan pribadi seperti losion tabir surya dan lipstik yang berfungsi sebagai emolien, pembentuk film, agen antistatik dan agen anti-busa, serta berbagai kegunaan lainnya.[1]
Seperti cairan berbasis silikon lainnya, cairan ini tidak larut dalam air.
