Distrik Pinggu (Hanzi sederhana: 平谷区; Hanzi tradisional: 平谷區; Pinyin: Pínggǔ Qū) sebelumnya bernama County Pinggu (平谷县) hingga 2001, terletak di ujung timur munisipalitas Beijing. Berbatasan dengan Miyun di utara, Shunyi di barat, Jizhou, Tianjin di tenggara, Xinglong di timur laut dan Sanhe, Hebei di selatan.
