Distrik Tonkolili adalah sebuah distrik di Provinsi Utara, Sierra Leone. Ibu kota dan kota terbesarnya adalah Magburaka. Kota-kota besar lain meliputi Mathora, Magbass, Yonibana, Mile 91 dan Bumbuna. Distrik ini memiliki populasi sebesar 557.257 jiwa.[1] Distrik ini menempati total luas 6.298 km2 (2.432 sq mi) dan terdiri dari sebelas wilayah tradisional kesukuan.
Distrik Tonkolili berbatasan dengan Distrik Bombali di barat laut, Distrik Kono di timur, Distrik Kenema dan Distrik Bo di tenggara. Tonkolili adalah basis kubu pemberontak selama perang saudara dan salah satu wilayah terakhir yang melucuti senjata.
