Donasi Konstantinus (bahasa Latin: Donatio Constantini) adalah sebuah dekret kekaisaran Romawi yang dipalsukan yang dikatakan dibuat oleh kaisar Konstantinus Agung yang menyerahkan otoritas atas Roma dan bagian barat Kekaisaran Romawi kepada Paus. Diyakini dibuat pada abad k-8, dekret tersebut digunakan, khususnya pada abad ke-13, dalam mendukung klaim otoritas politik yang dibuat oleh kepausan.[1] Lorenzo Valla, seorang imam Katolik Italia dan humanis Renaisans, dikenal karena menjadi orang pertama yang membongkar pemalsuan tersebut dengan argumen-argumen filologi sah pada 1439–1440,[2] meskipun keontetikan dokumen tersebut masih dianggap terjamin sejak 1001.[1]

Dalam beberapa manuskrip yang masih ada (salinan tulisan tangan dari dokumen tersebut), meliputi dokumen tertua dengan judul Constitutum domini Constantini imperatoris.[3] Donasi Konstantinus masuk dalam kumpulan Dekret Pseudo-Isidorean abad kesembilan.
