Dondurma (dalam bahasa Turki: Maraş dondurması, artinya "es krim dari kota Maraş", juga disebut Dövme dondurma) adalah sebuah es krim mastic khas Turki. Hidangan tersebut mirip dengan hidangan penutup booza khas Suriah.
Dondurma biasanya berbahan krim, krim kocok, salep, mastic, dan gula. Es krim tersebut diyakini berasal dari kota dan kawasan Maraş dan sehingga juga dikenal sebagai es krim Maraş.[1]
