Douglas Seann "Doug" Robb (lahir 2 Januari 1975 di Agoura Hills, California, Amerika Serikat) adalah seorang musisi dan vokalis dari band rock Amerika Serikat, Hoobastank. Ia adalah salah satu dari pendiri dan leader grup musik tersebut.

Pada tahun 2003, ia bersama grup bandnya Hoobastank mengeluarkan lagu 'The Reason' yang sampai sekarang menjadi lagu populer untuk didengarkan sebagai nostalgia.
