Clarence Douglas Dillon (nama lahir Clarence Douglass Dillon; 21 Agustus 1909 – 10 Januari 2003) adalah seorang diplomat dan politikus asal Amerika Serikat. Pada periode 1953–1957, iamenjabat sebagai Duta Besar Amerika Serikat untuk Prancis. Kemudian pada periode 1961–1965, Douglas Dillon menjabat sebagai Sekretaris Perbendaharaan Amerika Serikat yang ke-57. Ia juga merupakan anggota Komite Eksekutif Dewan Keamanan Nasional Amerika Serikat (ExComm) saat Krisis Rudal Kuba.
