Downrock adalah elemen dari breakdance yang merupakan gerakan kaki di lantai. Downrock biasanya ditampilkan dengan tangan dan kaki di atas lantai, seperti toprock yang berlawanan. Pada downrock, penari breakdance menampilkan keahlian pada kecepatan kaki dan mengkombinasikan dengan kontrol footwork .
