Drosera amazonica adalah spesies drosera (tumbuhan embun matahari) yang berasal dari Brasil bagian utara. Spesies ini pertama kali dideskripsikan oleh Fernando Rivadavia, Andreas Fleischmann, dan Alberto Vicentini pada tahun 2009.[1]

Deskripsi

D. amazonica membentuk roset kecil dari daun yang setengah tegak di ujung batang pendek yang tidak bercabang dengan panjang hingga 10–14 cm (3,9–5,5 in).[2][3] Daunnya memiliki petiola yang jelas, dengan panjang 5–10 mm (0,20–0,39 in) dan lebar 1–3 mm (0,04–0,12 in), pipih dan meruncing ke arah lamina, yang berbentuk seperti sendok hingga bulat telur, dengan panjang 25–5 mm (0,98–0,20 in) dan lebar 1–3 mm (0,04–0,12 in).[3]
