Drosera roraimae adalah spesies embun matahari yang berasal dari Brasil, Guyana, dan Venezuela. Tanaman ini awalnya dideskripsikan sebagai varietas dari Drosera montana sebelum diangkat statusnya menjadi spesies pada tahun 1957.[1]
Epitet spesifik roraimae merujuk pada Gunung Roraima, sebuah tepui atau gunung meja, tempat tipe spesimen tanaman ini dikumpulkan.[1]
