Dumbéa (pengucapan bahasa Prancis: [dœ̃bea], Ndrumbea: [ɳɖùmbea]) adalah sebuah komune di pinggiran kota Nouméa di Provinsi Sud Kaledonia Baru, sebuah teritori luar negeri Prancis di Samudra Pasifik. Jumlah penduduk komune ini adalah 35.873 jiwa menurut sensus 2019.[2] Dari tahun 1904 hingga 1940 kota ini dihubungkan ke Nouméa melalui jalur kereta api Nouméa-Païta.
