Dux Factory


Dux (Rusia: Zavod "Duks") adalah pabrik sepeda/mobil/pesawat terbang di Moskow, Rusia sebelum dan selama Perang Dunia I.

Pabrik ini didirikan pada tahun 1893. Nama itu berasal dari kata Latin dux (leader). Y.A.Meller adalah pemilik pabrik yang terutama fokus pada pembangunan desain pesawat Prancis. Pabrik masih aktif di lokasi asalnya dan kembali ke nama aslinya beberapa tahun yang lalu. Namun, perusahaan tersebut sekarang fokus pada produksi rudal udara-ke-udara dan beberapa sub-komponen pesawat terbang.

Produksi pesawat lepas dari pabrik pada awal 1920an; Itu juga aktif di lokasi aslinya di lapangan terbang Central Moscow dan diberi nama MiG Manufacturing Complex №2.
