EP-B2
Endoprotease B, isoform 2 (EP-B2) adalah sisteina protease yang ditemukan pada jelai. Dalam berbagai penelitian, enzim ini menunjukkan potensi sebagai terapi untuk penyakit celiac.[1] Aspergillopepsin dari Aspergillus niger telah terbukti dapat meningkatkan efek dari EP-B2.[2]
