Edmund Winston Pettus (6 Juli 1821 – 27 Juli 1907) adalah seorang pengacara dan politikus Amerika Serikat yang mewakili Alabama dalam Senat Amerika Serikat dari 1897 sampai 1907. Ia menjabat sebagai perwira senior Tentara Negara Konfederasi, mengkomandani infanteri di Palagan Barat Perang Saudara Amerika. Setelah perang, ia akhir berpolitik dalam Ku Klux Klan, dimana ia menjabat sebagai Grand Dragon.[1]
Jembatan Edmund Pettus di Sungai Alabama, Selma, yang dibangun pada 1940, mengambil nama darinya. Pada 1965, jembatan tersebut menjadi markah tanah gerakan hak sipil.
