Elektromekanika

Mesin relay adalah salahsatu mesin elektromekanika yang umum.

Pada bidang teknik, elektromekanika[1][2][3][4] menggabungkan proses dan prosedur yang berasal dari teknik listrik dan teknik mesin. Elektromekanika berfokus kepada interaksi dari sistem kelistrikan dan mekanika secara keseluruhan, dan bagaimana kedua sistem berinteraksi dengan satu sama lain. Proses ini terkhususnya menonjol pada sistem seperti mesin listrik berputar DC atau AC, yang dapat didesain dan dioperasikan untuk membangkitkan energi dari proses mekanik (generator) atau digunakan untuk menggerakan efek mekanik (motor).
