Elliott Gould (/ɡuːld/; né Goldstein; lahir 29 Agustus 1938) adalah seorang aktor Amerika.

Peran terobosan Gould ada di film Bob & Carol & Ted & Alice (1969), yang membuatnya menerima nominasi untuk Academy Award untuk Aktor Pendukung Terbaik. Tahun berikutnya, ia berperan sebagai Capt.
