Komplek Emirates Towers terdiri dari Emirates Office Tower dan Jumeirah Emirates Towers Hotel. Kedua menara, masing-masing setinggi 355 meter (1,163 kaki) dan (1,014 kaki), berdiri sebagai bangunan tertinggi di dunia ke-12 dan ke-29[1] Dua menara dihubungkan oleh komplek pertokoan dua tingkat seluas 9,000 m² (96,875 ft²) yang diberi nama "The Boulevard". Komplek Emirates Towers terletak di Sheikh Zayed Road di Dubai, Uni Emirat Arab, dan simbol dari kota Dubai.

Keunikan desainnya adalah bahwa menara ini memiliki jumlah tingkat yang sama, menara perkantoran yang tinggi memiliki 54 tingkat, sementara menara hotel memiliki 56 tingkat. Ini dikarenakan tinggi tingkat menara perkantoran lebih besar daripada hotel.
