Emmanuel Wamala (lahir 15 Desember 1926) adalah uskup agung Kampala, Uganda. Ia diangkat menjadi Kardinal-Imam S. Ugo pada 1994. Ia menjabat sebagai uskup agung Kampala sampai ia mengundurkan diri pada 30 September 2006.
