Endhiran (Tamil: எந்திரன்) adalah film fiksi ilmiah India berbahasa Tamil yang disutradarai oleh S. Shankar. Film ini dibintangi oleh Rajinikanth dan Aishwarya Rai dalam peran memimpin. Pada 2009, produksi film dan hak distribusi yang dibeli oleh Sun Pictures, dengan Kalanidhi Maran dan Hansraj Saxena, untuk kali pertama mereka, sebagai produsen. Pada biaya Rs. 165 crores, film ini diharapkan dapat dilakukan pada anggaran film terbesar[1] yang pernah di bioskop India, melebihi yang dari film Bollywood 2009 Blue.
